Session 1 — Values + Compass Mapping

Wednesday 10 June · 11.45 – 13.15

Your values shape everything — from the boundaries you set to the decisions you make as a parent.

In this session, we’ll explore what truly matters to you and how your core values act as a compass in family life. Through guided reflection and creative practice, you’ll identify and prioritise your key values, helping you move towards a more intentional and aligned way of parenting.

Session 2 — Needs + Self-Connection

Wednesday 17 June · 11.45 – 13.15

When was the last time you paused to consider your own needs?

This session creates space to reconnect with yourself beyond your parenting role. We’ll explore the difference between wants and needs, how to recognise both your personal and parenting needs, and why honouring them is essential for avoiding burnout and creating healthier boundaries.

Session 3 — Overcoming Guilt + Self-Compassion Practice

Wednesday 8 July · 11.45 – 13.15

Parenting guilt can be loud, persistent, and hard to shake — often showing up after moments we wish we’d handled differently, or in the pressure to be the “perfect” parent.

In this session, we’ll explore where guilt comes from and how to respond to it differently — learning to express what you’re feeling with clarity and conviction, without shame or blame.

Through guided discussion and a creative self-compassion practice, you’ll begin to soften your inner voice and move forward with more honesty, confidence, and self-trust.
