If you have liked what you have seen at Good Shepherd Studios so far (it’s just the start!) and would like to support us in taking our project to the next level - then you are in the right place!

About us.

  • The building (formerly known as The Good Shepherd Building) has a long history but was recently saved from being developed into flats - thanks to the activism of a group of local residents (thank you Our Pastures!).

    In August 2022, a team of 3 local people were successful in taking on the building alongside their “day jobs” with a mission to create design-led and accessible spaces from which the people of Leytonstone and the surrounding areas can create and share ideas.

  • With a focus on creativity and wellness, We Flock CIC is seeking out people and groups to feed the creative appetites of Leytonstoners whatever their background or state of play.

    We Flock CIC runs and facilitates regular events and projects with the aim of improving and celebrating the wealth of local talent in our community and beyond.

Next steps.

We’ve purposefully started with community events and activities run by those we know and trust within the community so we could get the feedback needed to fine-tune our offering. Now it’s time to carry out the suggested improvements, get more events and activities up and running and move on to the next phase of works to the building so that it can better serve the community!
