Each session begins with simple warm-up exercises that prepare both body and mind, before moving into specific Qigong forms – you'll discover 18 Shibashi, 5 Elements Qigong, and 8 Brocades. Through gentle motions, focused breathing, and meditative moments, you'll experience how this ancient practice can improve your flexibility, posture, and circulation whilst cultivating a sense of balance you'll carry into daily life.
