Slow Sundays, late mornings, low light, long shadows, easy poses and soft breaths and so much support, this is a practice of deep rest.

Extended restorative Yoga is usually a comfortable, accessible and potentially quite healing practice.

On offer, is a supportive and subtle space as Jessica leads this beautiful practice that makes time to reset, recover, to focus on the experience within and allows your body to move in a gentle and hopefully therapeutic way. Suitable for almost every-body, ability and brain.
