About Rawdah Rhythms

Rawdah Rhythms is a space where children explore their natural rhythm, creativity, and faith through drumming, singing, nasheeds, and storytelling. Inspired by the Arabic word Rawdah—a garden of growth and learning—our sessions foster confidence, joy, and self-expression. Courses include: Foundational drumming beats and games, Vocal play and body percussion, Singing nasheed, Interactive storytelling with movement and play

Director and main facilitator

Razina Patel is the founder of Rawdah Rhythms. With a background in Arabic, literature, working within Montessori settings, Qur’an Tajwid, foundational Islamic Sciences, refugee support, and drumming, Razina brings a holistic approach to nurturing voice, connection, and creative expression, through rhythm, sounds and storytelling, helping children come back to themselves with more purpose, joy and self-regulation.
